Self-Esteem

The Great Days Leadership Academy strongly believes young girls and boys should have high self-esteem and feel confident and capable. We want them to be proud of the things they can do and do their best in every aspect of life. When kids are confident and secure about who they are, they're more likely to have a mindset of growth.

We want our kids to be confident, easily spotted, and command the right attention.

We will teach the following:

• Never to give up

• Always think positive

• Learn the difference between confidence and arrogance

• Not to be afraid of conflict, instead learn how to have difficult conversions

• Be assertive but not pushy

• Not be fearful of failure, instead keep trying

• Not to feel like lesser of a person

• Accept who they are and not compare themselves to others
