Mission
To nurture and empower young people to become confident, compassionate, and effective leaders now and in the future by providing them with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to inspire change, serve their communities, and achieve their full potential.
Day Leadership Academy (DLA) seeks to foster excellence in unity, education, social interaction, healthy habits, and career development to prepare students to succeed personally and professionally. DLA courses and programs are for youth in grades 5th to 12th. We implement our five leadership platforms through in-person and online courses, conferences, and travel.

Programs in civic leadership and faith-based resources provide opportunities for civic engagement and access to religious education empowers young people to develop their leadership skills while also connecting with their community and spiritual values.

Other priorities will focus on student trajectory, building a stronger community of family networks, and college and career preparation. Creating experiences that address etiquette and social grace, build healthy friendships amongst students, and offer mental and emotional support improve how students handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
